Management Assistant (m/f/d)
Location: 74429 Sulzbach-Laufen

For you: a varied challenge

  • Supporting the management in operational, organizational and administrative day-to-day business as well as special tasks
  • First point of contact for customers, business partners and guests, in person and by telephone
  • Processing correspondence, telephone calls and e-mails
  • Control of the resubmission
  • Checking supplier invoices, including the allocation of quotations, delivery bills, order forms, reports, etc. Assigning cost centers to invoices. Forwarding to the accounting department. After payment processing by accounting, appropriate archiving.
  • Supporting the operations manager in projects by creating and maintaining project folders
  • Forwarding personnel and purchasing-related data to the Head of Human Resources and Purchasing
  • Creation of dunning lists
  • Entering controlling data in Excel tables
  • Preparation of external statistics for GL
  • Maintenance of sales books
  • Monitoring of account balances
  • Regular input and representation in the "round timber" area
  • Seasonal tasks (e.g. creation of form letters)

  • You have several years of experience in the assistance sector
  • You have a talent for structure and organization
  • You appear serious and behave discreetly
  • You are characterized by a proactive, independent way of working and keep an overview at all times
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken German
  • You have good IT skills, especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • You have a good knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting
