Management Assistant - Office Management Assistant (m/f/d)
Location: 74429 Sulzbach-Laufen
For you: a varied challenge
- Supporting the management in administrative and organizational matters, including independent management of resubmissions
- Maintenance of sales books, entry of controlling data
- Collaboration with our colleagues in the "Logs" division from a commercial perspective
- General correspondence
- Scheduling, coordination of meetings and events as well as office and travel organization
- Coordination and support for ongoing projects
For us: the perfect reinforcement
- You have a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration, ideally specializing in "wood"
- You have several years of controlling experience
- You are proficient in the use of common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- You think entrepreneurially and logically, have a good basic technical understanding and enjoy working with numbers
- You are characterized by a very pragmatic and goal-oriented way of working and keep an overview at all times, even in stressful situations
- You have very good organizational skills and work in a structured manner
- You appear serious and behave discreetly
- You are loyal and have a long-term interest in your role as assistant to the management
