Management Assistant - Office Management Assistant (m/f/d)
Location: 74429 Sulzbach-Laufen

For you: a varied challenge

  • General correspondence
  • Payment transactions, including account assignment of incoming invoices, processing of dunning packages, maintenance of sales ledgers, monitoring of incoming payments/account balances, creation of production surveys, entry of controlling data
  • Supporting the management in administrative and organizational matters, including independent management of resubmissions
  • Scheduling, coordination of meetings and events as well as office and travel organization
  • Coordination and support for ongoing projects

  • You have several years of experience as an assistant and put your heart and soul into your work
  • You have a commercial qualification, for example as an office communications clerk, management assistant, industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • You have an affinity for numbers and love working with figures
  • You are proficient in the use of common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • You have very good German language skills (proven level B2)
  • You are characterized by a proactive, structured and goal-oriented way of working and keep an overview at all times, even in stressful situations
  • You appear serious and behave discreetly
