Plant Operator (m/f/d) at our planing mill
Location: 74429 Sulzbach-Laufen
For you: a challenging and varied role
- Machine Operation: Setting Up and Operating the Planing Machine
- Work Preparation: Selecting the appropriate planer blades and loading the tool shafts according to the production order
- Quality Control: Ongoing inspection of dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and wood quality (visual and metrological inspection)
- Process Monitoring: Monitoring the flow of materials and resolving minor disruptions in the production process
- Maintenance: Performing cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep tasks on the machine, as well as blade replacement

Technical:
- Completed training in the woodworking field (e.g., woodworking technician, carpenter, wood mechanic) or several years of professional experience operating machinery
- Ideally, work experience as a planer operator
- Safe handling of wood-based materials and technical understanding of cutting tools
