As a woodworking company with about 75 employees, consistency and reliability are our top priorities. We are particularly proud of the camaraderie among our team members, some of whom have been with the company for as long as 40 years.
Our business philosophy of growing alongside the forest has proven its worth time and again; among other things, it has enabled us to remain profitable and to go a single day without having to apply for short-time work.
Over the course of 118 years, we have gathered valuable knowledge about optimal workflows, entrepreneurship, and, of course, nature. These are values that we can—and do—pass on to our employees every day.
