Sawmill Foreman (m/f/d)
Location: 74429 Sulzbach-Laufen

For you: a challenging and varied role

  • After an intensive and first-rate training program, you will take on technical and managerial responsibilities at a modern, family-run sawmill
  • You define and continuously optimize workflows in the finishing process (drying/heat treatment/impregnation)
  • They lead and guide the employees and support them, sometimes by working alongside them
  • You are responsible for ensuring that quality standards are met while keeping an eye on deadlines and costs
  • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with operating instructions and occupational safety
  • You work in a systematic and goal-oriented manner, while always remaining open-minded and flexible

For us: the perfect addition to our team

  • You have completed vocational training as a sawmill foreman (m/f/d)
  • Ideally, you have some initial work experience (not required)
  • Self-motivated, systematic, and team-oriented
  • You have a strong understanding of both technical and business matters
  • You are proficient in using the standard MS Office programs
